Our website addresses a general audience, and Qtechnology does not intentionally collect personal data about any person below the age of 18 years or other personal information than the above.

- Provision of newsletters from Qtechnology

As an international organisation, Qtechnology may transfer personal data collected by us on an aggregated or individual level to various partners, dealers, divisions, subsidiaries, joint ventures and affiliated companies of Newtec Holding A/S (“Newtec Group“) worldwide, located inside or outside the European Economic Area for the purposes stated above, as well as to data processors outside of Qtechnology in e.g. China or other countries abroad for storage and service purposes. Personal data will not be disclosed to anyone outside the Newtec Group without your accept unless authorised or required under applicable legislation.
When your personal data is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected and subsequently processed, it will either be deleted or anonymised.
If you have submitted personal data to us, e.g. when subscribing to our newsletter, you have certain rights to access and amend the data. This, however, is subject to certain legal limitations.
